Scheduling appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to minimize our wait time, and are available for urgent consultations when referred by a physician.

Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Appointments are made by calling us at 203-661-9383. Cancellation of appointments should be communicated to our staff, preferably 48 hours prior to the time of the original appointment. This helps us to provide timely and efficient medical services. Saturday a.m. office hours are available on a limited basis.

New patients

New patients should plan to arrive at our office 10 to 15 minutes prior to the time of their appointment. There are a number of forms, including prior history, review of systems, and privacy statements that will need to be completed before seeing the doctor. Please be prepared with the following documents:

Insurance Card
Medication List
Physician list with addresses to whom communications should be sent
