Neurology of Greenwich, P.C., accepts a limited number of health insurance plans. It is the responsibility of the patient to determine whether we are in or out-of-network. For out-of-network consultations or studies, a fee schedule will be provided. Payment for out-of-network services will be required at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file all insurance claims directly to insurance carriers, and you will be reimbursed at a rate that you have contracted with your insurance carrier. Typically, most insurance plans in our area cover 80% of out-of-network fees. We strive to make access to our office and our services to all of our patients, and have policies for payment installments and reduced fees when economic hardship can be documented.
